Summary
The Hardware Engineer will develop power hardware and control circuits for power electronics devices, including schematic design, PCB layout, and magnetic component design. The role requires expertise in power semiconductor devices and control schemes, with a focus on mid-to-high power product development.
岗位职责：
1. 完成电力电子装置的功率硬件和控制电路开发，如设计电路原理图、PCB、磁性元件
2. 能够分析各种电力电子电路拓扑和控制方案，根据设计规格书制定总体技术方案。
3. 熟练应用功率半导体器件和相关的采样、控制、驱动和保护电路。
招聘要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动控制及相关专业；
2. 熟悉功率电路和电磁元件设计，掌握控制理论和模电数电知识，有研究意愿及能力；
3. 有5年以上的电力电子产品开发经验；
4. 工作主动性强，能独立思考和解决问题，勤奋认真，沟通表达能力强，善于团队合作。
优选条件：
1.有UPS，通信电源、HVDC、光伏等中大功率产品开发经验优先。
