Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst, Journeyman

- Schedule and conduct Procurement Planning Conferences (PPC); prepare and staff Procurement Planning Agreements (PPA) for approval; coordinate, prepare and track Procurement Initiation Document (PID) packages; assist IPTs with the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), and other relevant documents required for the PID packages; update and track procurements in the Procurement Management Tool (PMT); and advise clients on procurement planning and milestone strategies.
- Utilize the Procurement Management Tool (PMT) to document all procurement actions necessary to execute the NAVAIR procurement processes and utilize PMT to manage, track and report execution status.
- Work with Digital Reporting Tools to meet DPAE(A-CS) and PMA Measures of Success
- Enter, update data in various digital reporting tools including Procurement Management Tool (PMT), ASN(RD&A) Information System (RDAIS), Advana, Jupiter, Qlik, and DAVE
- Prepare visualization dashboards for monthly program reviews and assist with preparing for DPAE(A-CS)and ASN reviews
- Attend weekly town hall meetings and training to capture updates
- Maintain program office digital reporting repository on SharePoint/Teams with business rules, tool access, and permissions information
- 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 1 of those years demonstrating experience with program milestone related documentation and program acquisition reports.
- At least three (3) years of experience in the NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management.
- Working knowledge of AMS Tools including PMT
- Knowledge of contract actions and modification procedures
- Knowledge of Data Requirements Review Board (DRRB) process including SOW and CDRL development
- Bachelor's Degree
- Allowable Substitution for Bachelor's Degree:
- Associate’s Degree plus Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. OR:
- Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
- Work is primarily performed in hybrid/office environments.
- Occasional travel may be required.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $110,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
