What you’ll do

  • Increase VF market share acquiring new accounts and achieving the quota.
  • Ensure adherence to VF policies and procedures. Manage people training calendar plan. Provide ongoing positive feedback and coaching.
  • Provide team members with all the requirements (handsets, lines, offers, business cards, and letterheads designed). Avoid any out of stock situations. Maintain smooth and easy communication with VF channels.
  • Follow VF standards to ensure sales quality and business acquired.
  • Maintain proper and consistent cross operation within all channels.
  • Ensure bulletproof operational processes to guarantee the success of our business model.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and monitoring of performance for direct reports.
  • Develop succession plans for individual team members.
  • Ensure delivery against KPIs.
  • Expand our channel reach nationwide to gain a bigger share of new acquisitions.
  • Initiate our business lounges to provide business products and services.
  • Work on a coverage plan nationwide to ensure our brand visibility at our dealers’ outlets all over the trade.
  • Ensure the smooth and consistent flow of products and services through the VNF channels.
  • Conduct consecutive visits to selected locations to ensure the look and feel, and provide inspiration.

Who you are

  • Education: BA in Business, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Work experience: 5-6 years of successful sales experience.
  • PC knowledge: Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Personal skills: Negotiation, communication skills, organization skills, presentation, time management, and managing third parties.
