REMOTE ACQUISITIONS MANAGER
Hiring in Mexico & Colombia | 100% Remote | Full-Time, U.S. hours $800/month base + $50–$500 per-deal bonuses
We purchase distressed properties — probate, inherited, tax-delinquent homes. We need a confident closer who can turn tough conversations into signed deeds/contracts.
This isn't appointment-setting. You'll talk directly with motivated sellers and families in tough situations, handle objections, negotiate offers, and purchase properties.
What You'll Do
Make 60–100 outbound calls/day to U.S. property owners & heirs
Build rapport, uncover motivation, and negotiate offers in English
Read basic deeds, tax records & probate filings
Keep the CRM clean and follow up until deals close they either or die
Who We're Looking For
Based in Mexico or Colombia, fluent in Spanish
Strong spoken English — confident on live calls with U.S. homeowners
Real estate, wholesaling, OSINT, surplus funds or inside sales experience
Calm under pressure, sharp with objections, comfortable with emotional conversations
Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding, but follows process
