ACSC Administrator
- Ensures Slot system and Master List is updated according to all changes made on the gaming floor. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Prepares notifications to the state regarding moves, conversions, software changes and progressive changes as requested by the Director of Slot Operations.
- Ensures notifications to the state are accurate and within the guidelines defined by state regulations.
- Routinely audits data in Slot File and Master List against the gaming floor to ensure integrity.
- Maintains all records and systems as assigned by the Slot Technician Shift Manager or Director of Slot Operations.
- Works with auditors and state regulators to provide process and procedure information regarding Slot File, Master List, slot settings and par sheets as requested.
- Ensures that products on the gaming floor are in correct working order.
- Properly diagnoses faulty equipment and makes the correct repairs.
- Consistently uses machine entry procedures to proactively identify or prevent future equipment problems.
- Maintains proper documentation on repair logs, shift logs, lock and key logs, etc.
- Safely and efficiently uses equipment including hand tools, soldering tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
- Completes machine moves and other projects as assigned.
- Repairs and monitors the performance of the company’s core product and ensures that our games are operational and available for the customer’s enjoyment at all times.
- Responds to floor calls in accordance with established standards.
- Gains a basic understanding of parts ordering and stocking systems.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. At least 6 months of experience and/or training as a slot technician or related type of experience/training.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, desktop publishing and graphics software. A strong electronics/mechanical background is preferred.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, kneel, twist, and grip tools for a full 8 hour shift. Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications. Must be knowledgeable of all federal, state and local regulations relevant to slot operations.
