Salary: Industry leading hourly rates, plus performance bonuses and hourly rate increases. Based on grade level and test-prep.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Super talented test prep instructor that can help a student SIMPLIFY and DECONSTRUCT the ACT and SAT
• Ability to teach ALL sections of a standardized test (ex: math, reading, english, and science)
• In-depth teaching experience with the ACT and SAT
• Excellent GPA and test scores (98th to 99th percentile)
• Ability to conceptualize and teach concepts clearly with some great success stories
• Strong math and quantitative skills
• Strong reading and writing skills
• Great communication skills
• Creative, driven, and endless energy to bring out the best in a student
• Proficient with using technology
• Patient, passionate, versatile, and dedicated to helping kids excel
• Ability to develop a learning plan that will teach foundational elements and study skills
• A leader and mentor that can build life skills, self-esteem, and confidence through positive reinforcement
• Someone who is creative, energetic, and has an infectious enthusiasm for teaching
