ACT Team Program Manager - Marshall Psychiatry
Job Responsibilities:
Provides daily leadership and administrative oversight of the ACT Team.
Supervises and evaluates clinical and non-clinical staff, including scheduling, performance management, coaching and, professional development.
Ensures fidelity to the ACT model and compliance with state, federal, Medicaid, and accreditation standards.
Facilitates daily ACT team meetings and coordinate treatment plans.
Monitors client admissions, discharges, service delivery and caseload assignments.
Ensures timely and accurate clinical documentation, billing and reporting in accordance with corporate, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements.
Maintains effective working relationships with patients and other employees.
Collaborates with hospitals, crisis services, law enforcement, housing providers, and community partners to coordinate care.
Monitors program quality indicators, client outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives
Participates in on-call rotation as required.
Promotes a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, culturally responsive approach to service delivery.
Ensures patients and families receive appropriate education regarding, treatment, services, and recovery to promote understanding and engagement.
Maintains confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
