Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor's level education in psychology, counseling, sociology, social work, or related field.

Our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team is in search of a dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to become part of our team! This is a full-time position within an existing team aimed at providing effective, community-centered mental health services within a multidisciplinary framework.

A Note About Shift Availability:

Shifts will range from early morning, mid morning, and mid day. This includes an on call after hours rotation and flexing hours as necessary. Additionally, since we will be operating 7 days a week, this will include working some holidays.

Your desired shift can be discussed upon interview.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct mental health services in various community settings
• Support clients through intensive case management & treatment planning
• Deliver crisis intervention (including on-call rotation)
• Offer skills training, psychosocial rehabilitation, medication education and assist participants with medication management
• Assist with community integration
• Provide participant transportation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Complete intakes including consent, ANSA, and recovery plan
• Teach individuals how to advocate for themselves in multiple environments
• Enjoy a team approach where you will have another staff member with you when going to most places in the community, including clients' homes and other unfamiliar locations.
