Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Gather and analyze high-level business requirements from stakeholders.

• Design business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

• Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.

• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Support change management and transformation initiatives.

• Develop business cases and support strategic initiatives.

• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to business problems.

• Work independently and serve as a subject matter expert.

• Expert knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM).

• Strong understanding of quality management principles.

• Experience in designing and implementing quality control processes.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into solutions.

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu and on a shifting schedule.
