We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support IT initiatives, digital transformation, and business process improvement projects, particularly within the US Healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or Computer Science Engineering, hands-on experience in US Healthcare, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and presentation skills to translate business needs into effective technology-driven solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
Support IT, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and project presentations.
Work with Agile and Waterfall project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and potential automation solutions.
Support change management activities and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Prepare business documentation, reports, presentations, and project updates.
Communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to clients, executives, and technical audiences.
Explore opportunities involving AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations.
Graduate or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of overall experience in IT, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering-related roles.
At least 2 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry, including CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health technology environments.
Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage effectively with clients, executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.
Familiarity with AI/ML productization and agentic systems in healthcare operations.
Experience in data analytics, reporting, and business insights.
Exposure to change management practices.
Experience with process automation and optimization initiatives.
