Activities Assistant

Spring Gardens Mapleton, a beautiful senior living community in Mapleton, UT, is seeking a dynamic and creative team member who can join our team as an ACTIVITY ASSISTANT.

**This position would be 30 hours a week with occasional weekend and evening shifts. **

Responsibilities:

• Assists in maintaining a balanced resident-centered activity program for the community

• Reviews, reads, notes and initializes the Daily Log and Department Log to document and learn about pertinent information and any resident’s physical and behavioral changes as well as activities information

• Partners with community team to ensure community follows all federal, state, and local laws & regulations & quality standards for resident care and services

• Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
