White Oak of Shelby is seeking a Part time Life Enrichment Assistant who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with planning and leading group and individual activities

• Encouraging resident participation and social engagement

• Supporting special events, holidays, and community outings

• Working closely with the Life Enrichment Director

• Maintaining activity documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in long-term care or activities preferred

• Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
