What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a dynamic Activities team — hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating assistants
- Design and deliver a well-rounded therapeutic activities program across all shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Facilitate monthly Resident Council meetings and champion resident voice
- Manage the facility volunteer program from recruitment through recognition
- Partner with clinical and marketing teams to support community engagement and census growth
- Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Celebrate holidays, milestone events, and daily wins in meaningful ways
What You Bring
One of the following:
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years of college coursework
- Two years of experience in long-term care activities or memory care
Plus:
- Genuine passion for working with the senior population
- Knowledge of the domains of wellness as they relate to LTC programming
- High energy, strong organization, and creative thinking
- Compassion, accountability, and a team-first attitude
