Activities Leader
We are looking for an experienced and motivated activity leader to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

Activities leader position details:
We are hiring for a Regular Part Time (20 hours/week) position and a Part Time (12-15 hours/week) position.
The scheduled hours for the Regular Part Time position are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am - 3pm, and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 9am - 3pm.
The scheduled hours for the Part Time position will be 2pm - 6pm (2 weekdays/week) and 2pm - 6pm every other Saturday.
Activities leader job duties include:
- Works with residents of the health center including skilled nursing and assisted living.
- Participates in community planning related to the interests of the residents and their needs.
- Coordinates transportation for trips/outings when necessary.
- Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the community.
- Participates in resident/group council meetings when/if requested and provides support service to such councils.
- Supervises programs as necessary.
- Encourages residents to participate in program.
