Activity Assistant - Skilled Nursing Facility (Can train on the job!)

The Activity Assistant (Life Enrichment Assistant) is responsible for helping coordinate and participating in resident and family activities for the residents in the Skilled Nursing Facility.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent or 2 years experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Minimum Related Years of Experience (per minimum education) Required: Experience in long term care setting desired, but not necessary; Knowledge of group techniques, recreation, community resources.

Credential/Licensure Required: CPR Certification (can obtain on the job)

Shift: Working 20 hours a week, shifts primarily 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, but can be flexible, days of the week primarily Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
