We're searching for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and FUN Activity Director to bring energy, connection, creativity, and meaningful experiences to our assisted living and dementia care community.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It!)

Chief Creativity Officer: Plan activities, crafts, games, celebrations, and special events.

Director of Dance Parties: Bring music, movement, sing-alongs, and maybe a little chair dancing!

Memory-Making Specialist: Create dementia-friendly experiences that celebrate residents' abilities, interests, and life stories.

Celebration Coordinator: Make birthdays, holidays, and everyday milestones special.

Community Connector: Build relationships with families, volunteers, schools, and community partners.

Professional Smile Generator: Help every resident feel valued, included, and respected.

Our Dream Candidate

Genuinely loves working with seniors, including people living with dementia.

Is creative, energetic, patient, compassionate, and organized.

Can lead group activities and create meaningful one-on-one experiences.

Understands that activities support purpose, dignity, connection, and quality of life.

Can develop calendars, coordinate events, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the care team.

Experience in senior living, recreation, activities, or dementia care is a plus.
