Compensation

Base Pay: $16.00/hour

$17.00/hour for candidates who already possess the 36-Hour Activity Director Certification

If you do not currently have the certification, no problem! Employees who successfully complete the required 36-Hour Activity Director Certification within 60 days will receive an increase to $17.00/hour upon completion.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday–Friday

• Occasional weekends and special events as needed

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities

• Develop monthly activity calendars and coordinate special events

• Encourage resident participation and enhance overall quality of life

• Maintain accurate activity documentation and follow regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 36-Hour Activity Director Certification preferred

• Willingness to obtain certification within 60 days if not already certified

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic about enriching the lives of seniors
