Activity Program Coordinator

About the Position: This position is located at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.

Serve as the point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues.

Establish systematic protocols that independently prioritize institutional engagements based on overall mission requirements.

Perform other clerical and administrative work in support of the organization.

Directly assist leadership in the management of all activity administrative support program functions.

Assist in coordinating administrative operations to ensure program activities comply with higher-headquarters policies and procedural mandates.

Act as the point of contact for all newly assigned personnel.

Responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence.

Conduct studies, inquiries, and surveys to determine compliance with program requirements.

Propose alternate approaches to management to more efficiently operate programs.

Attend required training, meetings, and functions as related to the activity programs.
