Actuarial Analyst - Experience
Position Responsibilities:
- To perform regular monitoring and analysis of policyholder behavior, including claims, persistency, and partial withdrawals.
- To perform weekly policyholder experience monitoring against forecast and investigate significant variances.
- To collaborate with the Inforce Management team in identifying emerging experience trends and preparing analysis to support management actions.
- To support experience studies and prepare analysis to support best estimate assumption recommendations.
- To support experience analysis, monitoring, and studies for the annual repricing of medical reimbursement products.
- To support actuarial projects related to policyholder experience in collaboration with Pricing, Inforce Management, Distribution, and other stakeholders.
- To maintain experience monitoring reports, data quality checks, and supporting documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, math/statistics/actuarial background is preferable
- In progress to be qualified as fellow of an actuarial organization (e.g. PAI, SOA, IAAust, IA)
- Advance user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Demonstrate a good communication with other team
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferable has internship experience in actuarial field
- Have experience in Data Processing or Automation tools (Power BI, R, Python, etc.)
