The Job

  • Participate in product pricing and development activities, including market research, feasibility study, profit testing, user acceptable testing (UAT)

  • Prepare actuarial analyses, and documentation for product approval and governance processes

  • Support portfolio management activities and reinsurance reviews to facilitate product and business development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Actuarial, Distribution, Finance, Risk, and Operations, throughout the product development lifecycle

  • Provide actuarial and pricing support to distribution channels, including compensation reviews, campaign assessments, and special quotations.

  • Provide support on company-wide initiatives or ad-hoc projects

The Person

  • At least 2-3 years of insurance experience in actuarial functions

  • Good progress in professional actuarial examinations (SOA, IFoA, Actuaries Institute, or equivalent)

  • Experience with product pricing is an advantage

  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate across functions

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
