Actuarial MI Analyst

Summary

The Actuarial MI Analyst will develop and implement portfolio-level reporting and pricing effectiveness standards while managing key data processes. The role involves collaborating with data teams and senior stakeholders to communicate insights and support strategic actuarial initiatives.

  • Core responsibilities:
    • Work with wider support team to implement reporting based on defined requirements and standardised definitions
    • Supporting development of portfolio-level reporting and ensuring adoption of Pricing Effectiveness standards within PMI
    • Support with strategic initiatives including the wider roll out of PMI
    • Ownership of key processes and controls feeding PMI
    • Review of BAU activities including QA and Production environments
    • Support and liaise with the data team to increase data coverage and accuracy
    • Prepare materials to communicate key messages to senior committees
    • Liaise with PMI champions to help design and enhance reporting
    • Align with product actuaries to sunset existing local reports with strategic solutions
    • Help establish PMI as a centre of excellence supporting key business areas
    • Support strategic lead with ad-hoc initiatives and deputise as needed
