Actuarial Pricing Manager (Life Insurance / $8K) [ID 710569]

Responsibilities:

• Price participating, non-participating, and investment-linked products, aligning profitability with business strategy.
• Support the execution of the overall product and pricing strategy for life insurance offerings.
• Develop pricing methodologies based on actuarial principles and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements for product launches.
• Collaborate with internal departments to integrate new individual life product features and initiate process improvements.
• Lead discussions with reinsurers to establish effective reinsurance structures when necessary.
• Manage accountability regarding business and regulatory compliance risks, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact risk management.

Requirements:

• Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary from a recognized actuarial professional body.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the actuarial field.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technical and analytical skills.
