• Evaluate patient needs in collaboration with physicians, care teams and families to design personalized treatment plans that support optimal recovery.
• Deliver targeted therapeutic care and maintain clear documentation to progress patients steadily through their treatment goals.
• Empower patients, families and caregivers through hands-on education in rehabilitation strategies and adaptive techniques tailored to their diagnosis.
• Manage daily caseload priorities and coordinate with therapy and medical staff to ensure seamless care transitions and timely treatment.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
