Ad Sales Telecaller

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our Ad Sales team. The role involves calling businesses, brands, hotels, restaurants, tourism partners, and local merchants to introduce advertising and promotional opportunities on Compas Now.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales, networking, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential advertisers and business partners
  
• Explain Compas Now advertising packages and promotional services
  
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  
• Follow up with interested clients regularly
  
• Maintain call records and client databases
  
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign requirements
