Additive Manufacturing Technician

About the role

From the P&PD engineering department (ATS Global), we are selecting an Additive Manufacturing Technician for a space sector company based in Elche, Alicante.

The selected person will be responsible for the preparation and setup of different industrial equipment for the production of components.

What you'll do

To this end, the following functions must be carried out:

• Operation, execution, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

• Execution of manufacturing orders for the production of components.

• Supervision of manufacturing and resolving errors and incidents that may occur during the printing of components.

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and auxiliaries.

• Reporting and documenting processes and results to engineering rigorously, generating reports on production and equipment performance.

• Collaborating with the engineering team for the continuous improvement of component design and manufacturing processes.

• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.

• Attention to detail and establishing an environment of high quality standards in component manufacturing.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in Additive Manufacturing with industrial equipment (metal AM preferred).

• Technical skills to solve problems and perform equipment maintenance.

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with the team.

• Learning ability.

• Attention to detail and focus on quality.

• Work experience in a workshop environment.

• Proficiency in production management software and work orders.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

• English

• Vocational Training Master's in Additive Manufacturing

• At least 2 years of experience working with 3D printers for metallic materials.
