Adjunct Faculty - Doctor Medical Science

CONTACT INFORMATION: Dr. Kathy Robinson, DMSc Program Director, kathy.robinson@hsutx.edu SUMMARY/SCOPE: Adjunct Faculty in the Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) program will coordinate and teach course(s) on a variety of topics that will be assigned prior to the start of the course. Topics include applying evidence-based recommendations in clinical practice, patient education, differential diagnosis from a patient-education perspective, and other assigned topics. Instruction will be continuous for up to two semesters per academic year. Duties include creating and delivering educational content, grading, communicating with students, and providing remediation.
