Adjunct Professor, Mathematics

Mount St. Joseph University's School of Arts & Sciences is seeking adjunct professors to teach Mathematics courses, including but not limited to:
- College Algebra
- Quantitative Reasoning
- Statistics
- Precalculus
- Calculus
- Additional mathematics topics as needed
Course offerings may vary by semester.
Adjunct faculty members will be expected to:
- Deliver engaging and effective course instruction in assigned subjects
- Assess and grade student assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams
- Monitor student participation and provide timely feedback
- Hold office hours to support student learning
- Attend meetings with the department chair and/or faculty as needed
- Adhere to department and university policies and procedures
- Utilize technology effectively in course delivery, including learning management systems and online resources
- Maintain open communication with students, staff, and faculty
- Ensure compliance with FERPA regulations regarding student confidentiality
