Adjunct Trainer (WSQ- Cybersecurity)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training for the WSQ Cybersecurity courses to adult learners.
• Plan and facilitate engaging, learner-centered lessons in a classroom /workshop setting.
• Conduct assessment(including WSQ-aligned assessment) to evaluate learner competency.
• Manage classroom dynamics and support learners of varying paces and backgrounds.
• Prepare and maintain assessment documentation in line with SWDA/WSQ requirements.

Requirements
At least 1-2 years' experience training adult learners.

• Certified ACLP/ ACTA.
• Prior experience conducting assessment for adult learners.
• Strong subject knowledge in Generative AI/ practical AI applications.
• Good classroom management and facilities skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in IT or equivalent is an added advantage.
