Job Summary
You will support administrative tasks, business support, and project coordination to ensure timely and accurate information flow and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This is a 1 yr contarct role with a 1-month completion bonus and options to renew.
Responsibilities
- Support administrative tasks, business support, and project coordination to facilitate smooth operations
- Record information accurately and promptly to maintain reliable data for projects and reporting
- Coordinate and assist in gathering information from various sources to support project needs
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to align deliverables and resolve queries
- Apply customer service skills to liaise professionally with external stakeholders and maintain positive relationships
- Use strong MS Excel skills to manage data and support administrative functions
- Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure smooth coordination across teams and with external parties
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum ITE qualification in any discipline
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or a relevant role
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
