Role: Admin Assistant
Location: New Plymouth, New Zealand (Part-time, 24 hours a week)


The Role:

As our Admin Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for patients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our New Plymouth clinic. In this varied role, you'll manage appointments, patient records, reception and office administration, while helping maintain a well-organised clinical environment that delivers an exceptional patient experience.

Who we're looking for

Years of experience matter less than how you operate.

You're someone who:

  • Has 3+ years' experience in healthcare administration, patient services, reception or office support roles.
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Is tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft 365 and patient management systems, and quickly adapts to new technologies and administrative processes
  • Provides exceptional patient service through clear, professional and empathetic communication
