Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules for machinery and CR.
- Update and maintain APP Service Reports and machine booking records.
- Oversee portal updates and track machine utilization records.
- Schedule and monitor tool calibration activities.
- Support ISO documentation and compliance controls.
- Serve as the tracker for company-wide protocol activities.
- Provide administrative support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Assist in data analysis for consumable sales performance.
- Coordinate shipment logistics and delivery arrangements.
