ADMIN EXECUTIVE
- Support the daily office administration to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in coordinating office facilities, equipment, and maintenance services to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparing purchase requests, tracking orders, and maintaining inventory records.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, contractors, landlords, and government agencies on routine administrative matters.
- Monitor office supplies and replenish inventory when required.
- Assist in processing administrative invoices, payments, and expense records.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, business travel, company events, and employee engagement activities.
- Support workplace health, safety, and compliance initiatives in accordance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations.
- Maintain and update administrative records, contracts, licenses, and company documents.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including workspace setup, access card administration, and company asset tracking.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.
- Carry out ad hoc administrative duties and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Management, Corporate Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in office administration, general affairs, procurement support, or administrative coordination. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of office administration and procurement processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, vendors, and external parties.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with headquarters and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Knowledge of Taiwanese Hokkien or another language is an advantage.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required to support business or project needs.
