Job Details
We are looking for a Admin Executive to provide administrative and coordination support for community programmes, outreach activities, and engagement initiatives.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy organising events, managing administrative tasks, and working with different stakeholders to support meaningful programmes. You will be involved in event coordination, documentation, procurement support, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth programme operations.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Nearest MRT: Woodlands MRT Station
Salary: $16 - $20 per hour [Up to $3,300 per month]
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for events, outreach programmes, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate event arrangements including invitations, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and preparation of supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to programme activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Support documentation processes, including preparing reports and administrative records.
- Assist with procurement-related administrative tasks, including vendor coordination and documentation.
- Support youth and community engagement initiatives through effective coordination and follow-up.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.
- Perform other administrative duties and support cross-team initiatives when required.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications are welcome.
- 1–2 years of experience in events coordination, administrative support, community engagement, or related fields is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with different stakeholders.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks within deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with procurement processes or systems such as GeBIZ or Workday will be an advantage.
