ADMIN MANAGER
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily administrative operations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.Ensure office facilities are clean, organized, secure, and fully operational.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts and Finance Department.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Monitor utility bills, rental payments, insurance premiums, and other recurring administrative expenses.
- Maintain accurate filing of financial and accounting records in accordance with company policies.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and payment-related documents before submission for processing.
- Coordinate petty cash administration and maintain supporting records where assigned.Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing requested documentation.
- Prepare monthly expenditure reports for management review.
- Ensure timely servicing, insurance renewal, road tax, inspections, and repairs.Prepare management reports, administrative correspondence, and meeting documentation.
- Organize meetings, conferences, training programs, and company events.minimum 5 to 6 years administration manager in construction industry
