The Position…
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with
secretarial and administrative support.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Interact
with customers in a friendly and professional manner, whether in person or
over the phone.
- Promptly
answer and respond to emails.
- Organize
and store paperwork and computer-based information.
- Perform
data entry and typing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide
verbal and written correspondence support for staff.
- Prepare
and collect data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Qualify
and book leads.
- Fleet
management
- Stock
ordering (stationery / apparel)
- Assist
in HR onboarding processes.
Ideal Candidate...
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following…
- Year 12 High School Certificate or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to meet
deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills, including setting up smartphones and/or tablets,
email
management, and familiarity with Microsoft Office package. - Experience in operating electronic job management systems is advantageous.
