🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm

This is a great opportunity for someone with order processing, order fulfilment, logistics or warehouse coordination experience who wants to broaden their exposure across the full operations cycle.
You will primarily handle order processing, while also gaining cross-functional exposure to logistics, warehouse and customer service operations.
📦 What You'll Be Doing
Order Processing – Primary Focus
• Prepare and prioritise customer orders to ensure smooth workflow
• Process orders accurately according to established procedures and SLAs
• Verify product availability, pricing, customer details and shipping requirements
• Monitor order queues and coordinate with Logistics
• Update order status in the Order Management System
• Identify and resolve routine order discrepancies
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse and Logistics for timely fulfilment
• Support inventory reconciliation and order verification
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
🚚 Logistics & Warehouse Support
• Prepare, pack and organise completed orders for dispatch
• Coordinate with external delivery providers
• Handle special and urgent delivery requests
• Support ad-hoc collection and delivery requirements
• Assist with internal document runs and banking-related activities when required
🤝 Operations Coordination
• Work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales and Finance teams
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
• Support business continuity during peak periods or manpower shortages
• Participate in cross-training across order processing, warehouse and logistics functions
• Perform other duties as assigned
