About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to provide essential support to our District sales team. In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate sales activities, prepare quotes and customer documentation, maintain CRM records, and help ensure opportunities move smoothly through the sales pipeline. What You'll Be Doing

• Providing administrative support to Sales Representatives and Business Development Managers.
• Preparing customer quotes, proposals, tenders, contracts and sales documentation.
• Managing and maintaining accurate customer, pipeline and opportunity records in Salesforce.
• Following up quotes, sales leads and customer enquiries to support revenue growth.
• Conducting outbound customer calls to generate opportunities and support customer retention.
• Coordinating with internal teams including sales, fleet, marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintaining sales reports, hire pipelines and other key business records.
• Delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support professional who can build strong relationships, coordinate multiple priorities, and provide exceptional support to our Sales team and customers. Ideally, you'll bring:

• 1-3 years' experience in sales support, administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused team player.
• Experience in the equipment rental, construction, industrial or related industries will be highly regarded.
