Admin Support Assistant

Basic information:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Basic up to $2,800 (Depending on experience)
• Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and schedule IT Engineers for on-site, outsourced, in-house projects, and manpower backfill arrangements on a daily basis.
• Manage and monitor interns' deployment schedules.
• Liaise closely with the Sales and IT departments to ensure smooth handling of after-sales support and service matters.
• Handle incoming calls, service requests, and enquiries from corporate customers professionally.
• Respond to email correspondence promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of service-related equipment and items.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for billing and invoicing purposes.
• Update service reports and job records accurately and timely in the system.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the service team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
