Administration and Accounting Manager (H/M/X)

About the role

At Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are selecting an Administration and Accounting Manager to join a leading company in the construction sector currently in a full growth process.

We are looking for a person with consolidated experience in administration, but especially with accounting knowledge that allows them to autonomously manage the company's daily finances and act as an interlocutor with the external management agency.

What you'll do

• Comprehensive management of the company's administration.
• Recording and accounting of supplier and customer invoices.
• Performing accounting entries and journal entries.
• Monitoring of collections, payments, and treasury.
• Review and control of accounting information before its submission to the management agency.
• Coordination with the external consultancy for the filing of taxes and fiscal obligations.
• Verification and cross-checking of the fiscal information prepared by the management agency.
• Management of delivery notes and administrative documentation linked to construction sites.
• Interlocution with suppliers and administrative support to the various construction projects.
• Direct support to Management in the organization, coordination, and monitoring of administrative tasks.

What we're looking for

• Minimum experience of at least 5 years in Administration and Accounting positions.
• Solid knowledge of financial and operational accounting.
• Experience performing invoice accounting, entries, and journal entries.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with external consultancies.
• Residence in Navalmoral de la Mata or surroundings (essential requirement).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a management agency or consultancy is valued.

What you'll get

• Permanent contract.
• Fixed salary between €30,000 and €35,000 gross per year, depending on experience provided.
