Main functions Supervise and coordinate the company's administrative and financial management. Prepare financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts. Manage treasury, as well as the control of payments and collections. Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and accounting obligations. Analyze deviations and propose improvements in cost control. Optimize and standardize internal administrative processes. Coordinate the relationship with external consultancy, auditing, and financial entities. Provide support to management in strategic decision-making. Required profile Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar. Previous experience in responsibility positions within the financial area. Experience in industrial or production environments is highly valued. Solid knowledge of accounting, tax, and labor regulations. High analytical capacity and business orientation. Organized profile, autonomous, and with the capacity for process improvement.
