Due to their increase in acquiring new business, they have created an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team of enthusiastic staff.
The Position…
In this position, the Administration Assistant will be required to ensure products are effectively scheduled in the system, completing sales orders, undertaking routine data entry and estimating the delivery of shipment dates. You will need to liaise with internal departments to determine customer requirements while using the most cost-effective methods to meet the required production standards.
Further duties include:
- Monitor project's progress to ensure it follows the assigned schedule.
- Maintain records including project schedules and purchase orders.
- Collect and assess data for the management of performance.
- Track production costs.
- Prepare regular production reports
