Duties & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding their servicing needs
Answer and direct incoming calls
Welcome and assist customers
Provide general administrative support
Maintain a professional reception and waiting area
Follow company WHS policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

Customer service and administration experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent personal presentation and friendly demeanour
Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
Experience using Microsoft Office, software and telephone systems
Dealer Management Systems highly regarded
