Administration Director cum Investor
Eligibility / Requirements
- Must have the financial capacity and genuine interest to invest funds in the company.
- Should have an understanding of business, construction, finance, administration, or investment.
- Should be willing to participate in strategic decision-making and business development.
- Must provide the required investment and financial documentation for verification.
- Should maintain confidentiality and act in the best interests of the company.
- Previous experience in construction, real estate, investment, finance, or business management will be an advantage.
Investment Responsibilities
The Investor/Administration Director will:
- Invest the agreed amount of funds into the company as per the approved investment agreement.
- Monitor the utilization of invested funds.
- Participate in major financial and business decisions.
- Support the company in identifying new projects and investment opportunities.
- Assist in business expansion, financial planning, and strategic development.
- Monitor project profitability and return on investment.
- Maintain transparency and accountability in all investment-related matters.
