You will research international administrative policies and translate them into practical solutions that support business planning and operations. You will develop administrative management systems, provide data-driven reports and analysis, and maintain, optimize, and upgrade administrative software systems. You will coordinate projects across countries and time zones while improving operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor international administrative policies and measures and update industry reports
- Provide data, reports, analysis, and decision support for business planning and layout
- Research administrative policies and propose business-supporting solutions
- Plan and build administrative management systems
- Maintain, optimize, and upgrade administrative software systems
Requirements
- Global perspective and cross-industry understanding of administrative challenges across businesses and countries
- Professional administrative experience with analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience in strategic planning, global administrative policy research, and data analysis
- Strong logical thinking
- Ability to travel and work across time zones
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than eight years of overseas administrative management experience, ideally in medium-to-large internet or high-tech enterprises
- Knowledge of office software and tools
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
