Hospitales Parque San Francisco wants to incorporate an administration manager into its team for our center located in Cáceres.

Reporting directly to the relevant administrative director, your mission will be to guarantee the integral, transparent, and efficient management of the hospital's economic, administrative, and information resources, ensuring the control of purchases, income, suppliers, and medical fees, in order to sustain financial viability and support care quality.

What you'll do

• Purchasing control
• Weekly data to headquarters (closings, advances, private patient forecasts)
• Management of supplier debt claims
• Inventories
• CMBD file
• Private surgery budgets
• Income control
• Variables for staff doctors
• Medical fees
• Supervision of suppliers and cash desks
• Reports requested by management/headquarters

What we're looking for

• Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

Nice to have

• C1 level of English.
