The Opportunity
As the Administration Manager IT Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Crown's corporate administration function across Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. Reporting to the Head of Group IT Service Management & Corporate Administration, you will lead a team responsible for financial and commercial administration, IT asset management, procurement and vendor management, technology adoption, onboarding and offboarding processes, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role that partners with stakeholders across the business to drive standardisation, operational excellence, cost optimisation, compliance, and exceptional service delivery across Crown Resorts.
This is a 5-month max term contract opportunity.
What You'll Do
Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the Corporate Administration framework, ensuring consistent, efficient, and scalable processes across Crown Resorts.
Oversee financial and commercial administration activities, including operational and capital budgets, forecasting, vendor renewals, contract administration, procurement, and cost optimisation initiatives.
Drive IT asset management and technology adoption programs, ensuring effective asset lifecycle management, governance, compliance, and a seamless employee onboarding and offboarding experience.
Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, external vendors, and support teams to enhance service delivery, improve business outcomes, and strengthen customer experiences.
Lead governance, risk, compliance, and audit activities, ensuring legislative, regulatory, licensing, and policy obligations are effectively managed and embedded within day-to-day operations.
Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and service excellence.
What You'll Bring
Significant leadership experience in corporate administration, business operations, service management, procurement, finance administration, asset management, or a related function within a complex and highly regulated environment.
Proven experience leading large-scale process improvement, transformation, or standardisation initiatives that have delivered measurable operational, financial, or customer outcomes.
Strong commercial and financial management capability, including experience managing operating and capital budgets, forecasting, vendor relationships, contract administration, and expenditure performance.
Demonstrated expertise in governance, risk management, compliance, and audit activities, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical and sustainable business processes.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience partnering effectively with executive leaders, cross-functional teams, and external service providers.
Previous people leadership experience, with a track record of coaching, developing, and empowering teams while successfully managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
