- Ensure documents are properly filed and easily accessible when required.
4. Facilities Management
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and general facilities.
- Monitor office equipment and arrange servicing when necessary.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable working environment.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, service providers, and maintenance companies.
5. Procurement & Office Supplies
- Monitor office stationery, equipment, and other administrative supplies.
- Prepare purchase requests and coordinate procurement activities.
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate quotations where appropriate.
- Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and supplier information.
- Ensure sufficient supplies are available for daily operations.
6. Financial & Administrative Support
- Monitor routine administrative expenses and office-related payments.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of administrative expenditure.
- Assist management with budgets, reports, and administrative planning.
7. Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure administrative activities comply with company policies and applicable requirements.

- Prepare regular administrative reports for management.
8. General Management Support

7. Technology & Systems
- Work with logistics management systems, ERP systems, and data-analysis tools.

8. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse, sales, finance, operations, and customer service teams.
