1. Office Administration

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.

  • Prepare regular administrative reports for management.

8. General Management Support

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to senior management.

  • Coordinate special projects and assignments given by management.

1. Logistics Analysis

  • Analyze logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.

  • Identify inefficiencies, delays, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
  • Prepare detailed analysis and reports for management decision-making.

2. Process Improvement

  • Develop and recommend solutions to improve logistics efficiency.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for cost and time reduction.
  • Support the implementation of improved logistics procedures and workflows.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements.

3. Transportation & Delivery Management

  • Analyze transportation routes, delivery schedules, and vehicle utilization.
  • Optimize delivery routes to reduce fuel costs, travel time, and transportation expenses.
  • Monitor on-time delivery performance and investigate service issues.
  • Coordinate with transport providers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve operational problems.

  • Track metrics such as delivery time, transportation cost, order accuracy, and service levels.
  • Use data trends to forecast operational requirements and support planning.

5. Cost Optimization

  • Evaluate logistics costs and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Analyze freight rates, carrier performance, warehouse expenses, and transportation costs.
  • Compare alternative logistics solutions and provide cost-benefit recommendations.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning related to logistics operations.

6. Inventory & Warehouse Support

  • Analyze inventory movement and stock levels to support efficient operations.
  • Identify excess, slow-moving, or insufficient inventory.
  • Review warehouse processes, storage utilization, and order fulfillment performance.
  • Recommend improvements to warehouse layouts and material-handling processes.

7. Technology & Systems

  • Work with logistics management systems, ERP systems, and data-analysis tools.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of logistics technology solutions.
  • Ensure logistics data is accurate and properly maintained.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data visibility.

8. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, sales, finance, operations, and customer service teams.
