The Position…
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with
secretarial and administrative support. This includes (but not limited to):
Interacting with customers, visitors, suppliers etc. are conducted in a
friendly manner via phone or in person, ensure allocated emails are
answered or directed to relevant staff promptly, Organizing and storing
paperwork, documents and computer-based information (includes filing),
completing note taking, data entry & typing tasks, provide verbal and
written correspondence for staff and preparation and collection of data for
such weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as may be required from time
to time and / or according to reporting schedules.
Ideal Candidate...
The Ideal Candidate will
possess the following…
- Year 12 High School Certificate or
Equivalent (Desirable)
- More than 1 year Office Administration,
Tafe Certificates in Relevant Courses (Desirable)
- Attention to detail
- Decision-making, creative
problem-solving skills
- High level communication skills
including oral, written and interpersonal, and
the ability to interact with all levels, including internal,
external stakeholders and customers
- Prioritization
and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, monitor
jobs and manage roof plumbing emergencies
- Computing
Skills – Smart phone &/or tablet, email
- Operation of electronic job management
system and Microsoft Office package
