Administration Officer
Summary
Provide office administration and customer service in a private healthcare setting, handling schedules, records, and patient support using standard office tools.

- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance and support to management and team members
- Manage appointments, schedules, and calendars efficiently using office management systems
- Maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders through professional communication
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and facility coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems with meticulous attention to accuracy
- Support billing and invoicing processes as required
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within a healthcare or fast-paced office environment
- Strong skills across reception, customer service, theatre bookings, pre-admissions, patient admissions and discharges
- Experience collating files, providing clinical administration support, and completing general administrative duties
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities while working collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff
