Administration, Operations & Compliance Manager

Salary: S$5,000 – S$7,000
Location: Orchard
Working Hours: 5-day work week

Our client, an established investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Administration, Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee daily operations, corporate administration and regulatory compliance matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office administration, business operations and compliance activities.
• Manage company incorporations, fund administration, corporate records, board meetings and resolutions.
• Handle banking and brokerage account openings, documentation and ongoing account maintenance.
• Coordinate fund subscription and redemption documentation.
• Support KYC, AML/CFT checks, customer due diligence and regulatory compliance matters.
• Prepare and coordinate regulatory reporting to MAS and other relevant authorities.
• Maintain compliance policies, internal controls and risk management procedures.
• Liaise with external service providers, including auditors, banks, legal advisers and IT vendors.
• Oversee commercial operations, asset records and related documentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration and operations.
• Experience in corporate administration, company secretarial matters or fund operations.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance, KYC/AML or internal audit would be advantageous.
• Candidates from asset management, fund management, family offices or corporate services backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently.
